Walk for her till L30.... She is a Beast Defender....

Buddy and power up to the max, she's a better gym hog than any Snorlax

walk with her more for she is the best defender in the game right now.

If you have a spare Chansey, use that as your buddy and stick that big chunk of pink in a gym.

However you get candies for her, do it...Blissey is #1 top defender right now as mentioned by other posters.

Buddy her, snorlax is irrelevant now.
