Have Swablus stopped from hardcore spawns?

It's not overwhelming common like yesterday, but still as common as whismur and aron in my neighbourhood

They spawn less during the night

The same happened yesterday around this time of day (or night, to be factual), but today it was back to normal for the majority of the day. I think hardcore Swablu spawns occur during the day only and decrease drastically during the in-game night.

They are everywhere. Literally.

Meanwhile, I have to travel all the way to a Swablu nest to get more. I only caught 2 of them so far, still looking for a high IV one.

I figured they would only be as common as gnats for a few days, and I had a huge surplus of pinaps clogging my bag, so I hit them all with pinaps, and got my 400 candy in just over 24 hours. They were everywhere around here.

Now I need a good one to evolve. Waiting for a windy day, ....
