Have raid battles been shortened? I have I been soloing a lot of level three raids (devoted introvert so no chance to do level 4 or 5), but this evening both of the raids I tried gave me only 90 seconds instead of 180. Anyone know what it up?

I think people would be screaming bloody murder if it had been. Could your phone's clock be messed up? Check that it's set to "use network time" - if it's not, it can be out of sync with the server, and result in strange timing behavior when raiding.
