Hatching Stardust issue.

Hi folks, I just found out some new added Pokémon are being hatched with very low Stardust!!! Normally 5k eggs bring me 1000~2000 Stardust, but I hatch mantine and chinchou with only 800 Stardust which belongs to 2K eggs' range amount? Why is that? Hatching isn't that accurate anymore?

I hatched 3 10km eggs a few weeks ago and only got 1500-1600 for each. One since was 3200 tho. Seem to be going outside parameters. Don't know why or if others have noticed.

And people kept hating on barrelrider for calling out a stardust drought.... Shit, I'm just about to get my 9th 10k again, too.

The only information provided so far are about Mantine and chinchou. Those aren't typical 5k eggs. Hatch a poliwag and report back.

Will do, perhaps after I leave the house this morning and get back later tonight. I just wouldn't be that surprised after Niantic nerfed raid rewards, lowered daily coin max and increased possible Exp gain from catches but left stardust earned roughly the same. It just seems like they feel there needs to be a limiting factor to the game and that they've settled on stardust (increased evolved mon catch amount aside).

So I hatched 2 5ks today Hoppip (800 dust) and Marrill (917 dust), those appear to be in the typical range albeit on the lower end. Also got my 9th 10k, will report back with results from those tomorrow or the day after when they all hatch.

Got 912 stardust out of a 5k just now.

Nobody in this thread is pretending to be a gaming scientist. Egg I hatched today was a Stantler, 1150 stardust.

Don't know if anybody is still paying attention to this thread. But I've hatched all 9 of my 10ks and from what I can tell each provided stardust amounts within the known established parameters. Granted, 5 of the 9 gave what I think is the bare minimum of 1600, but I'm inclined to chock that up to my own bad luck with RNG, though it's possible more eggs are likely to hatch with the lower end of dust amounts these days.
