Hatching lower IV's

Since Gen 2 came out, I've noticed a significant drop in hatching mons over 80%

Can anyone confirm that the rate has lowered for high IV hatches?

I noticed that too. My last 7 hatches were below 80%.

Minimum IVs for hatching 10/10/10 is still the same, so you can get plenty below the top 20 percent

Personally I have been getting pretty good hatches, 88~97%

Just hatched a Larvitar !!

82% though, so it wont be the one i eventually evolve wayyyy in the future when i finally have enough candy,

but it would have helped me on the way from the egg candy

Yeah, I've had a few in the 70s lately, they might have tweaked it. Or could just be RNG.

You win some and lose some. Hatched my first Larvitar... 68% :( Makes me sad.

Then I also hatched my second perfect 100% bulbasaur.

I haven't really noticed much change. Still seems pretty random.

I agree with you based on my personal observation of my hatches.

Not seeing it.

I've had 3 hatches today:
Phanpy 82%
Onix 91%
Sandshrew 75%

Not terribly out of the ordinary.

A hatched Pokemon gets IV's between 10 and 15 like others have posted, meaning it will be between 66.7 or 100% In the IV range. This is still better than your odds of finding a good pokemon in the wild. It's always a bummer to hatch a pokemon lower than 82.2% because your leader is not against telling you so :).
