Has the event already started?
Here is already 25 but I don't know if I should spin the stop or wait more, on the anouncement they did not say clearly at what time zone we should look, just for the second part of the Christmas event it is PST, this first one is also PST?

Yes, but it said morning PST, that is not an actual time, morning could be from 6am to 12am for me...Here is already 9am, the only thing I don't want is to lose that incubator because I spin my first stop, get the first day bonus and imagine the incubator only drops on the first one of the day...

That's exactly what I was fearing...Seriously Niantic is that hard to say an exact time? I was holding to spin it exactly because I was afraid of losing that incubator. Hope we can get it when the event actually starts even if it is not the first spin of the day but I doubt it coming from this company...
If im not wrong it say It will give u one incubater everyday u spin a photo pokestop " i think they mean the pokestop that are not sponser by a company".. but the incubater can only be use one time not 3X , so im assuming u can spin a pokestop but to get ur incubater u need to spin the one that dont have a starbuck , sprint ect .. i guess u can spin a sponser one n get ur bones n then go to a building or park that has a pic of the park n spin n there u get ur incubater
There are no sponsored pokestops on my town so every stop is a photo one, my worst fear is that as they are using PST a lot of people will lose their spin.
The announcement said on the first spin of the 25th morning, but on some parts of the world this means they will get the first spin when it is actually 26th and lose almost a hole day of the event....
I can't understand why they have not used UTC...
