Has anyone tried a Suicune with Ice Beam in the Great League?

Suicune, a hitherto mostly useless pokemon, but with great defenses stats, can now learn Ice Beam. It turns out one of those Suicunes you caught at Level 15 after completing one of those 7 day field research tasks, if it has a CP of about 1248 can be powered up to about CP 1498 with an economical 6 power ups (12 candies and 12,000 dust). But it might take several Charged TMs to get that moveset. So, before I spend those Charged TMs, has anybody tried Ice Beam Suicune in a Great League PvP? And how did it perform?

I actually had a similar thought about using it in Ultra League, because I have a Suicune with ice hidden power that is already beyond the Great League CP threshhold.

Judging by its placement in neutral TDO, it probably isn't bad, but why not make a Blastoise or Azumarill instead? Blastoise especially gets the second charge move for cheap and doesn't need to be high level.
