Has anyone seen a lure last for 60 minutes in Japan

I'm here on vacation during the event and I've used two lures in different pokestops and both only lasted 30 minutes. Everything else about the event seems to be active.

Maybe you should read the announcements properly ;). Also remember that is PST and that they have no hurry to implement those things as it happened at the beggining of the event with the incubators.

If it is noon in Greenwich, England, it is 4 a.m. in Niantic.

Here is still 1pm on the 29th so...still 24 hours away from second part of the event at least, for me the first part started at 6pm on the 25th, if it is the same schedule we are 29hours away...
