Has anyone in Asia TM'd Gengar to Shadowball?

Anyone done a successful Psychic to Shadowball TM? I evolved about a dozen so ready to TM. I tried one during the event and went 0 for 3 (Psychic to Sludge Bomb to Focus Blast to Sludge Bomb) so I am gonna wait for someone to confirm (I am sure S'ball is still around or there will be a riotous mob screaming for Niantic's head).

Edit: I finally bit the bullet and used some TMs. Had good luck and got several Shadowball Gengars.

No because the raids never give CTMs.

That's not true. Although chances are really slim, they'll increase by dealing more individual damage on the raid and, of course, the level of the raid itself. Why I'm telling you this? Because yesterday a soloed a Machamp and it gave me 2 Charged TMs at once! lol

It is the nature of CTM with more than 2 movepool
I will take my time, probably just try one CTM/ day

Think it like this: When you're changing Psychic to another move, you'll have a 33,3% to get Shadow Ball. After that, it's a 50/50 chance. I have 4 Charged TMs so I hope I can get at least one Lick/Shadow Ball Gengar. Good luck!
