Halloween Event End Time

Hi guys,

What time does the event end? The only official source I've seen says November 1st, but is that 00:00 at the start or end of November 1st? Does anyone have a definitive answer for this?

I'm guessing by the night on Tuesday. Don't think it will end at 00:00 of Tuesday.

I sure hope it goes all of Tuesday. I still have a number of 10km eggs I'm working on. Need to get them hatched ASAP!
