A gym has wrapped around me.

I was plugged in but my phone lost power while I was remotely feeding. After my phone rebooted, Pokémon GO started and shows an empty gym with Raid boss symbol wrapped around me. At the same time, there is no more stop close to at my location, 2 other stops and 2 gyms disappeared, but one stop remained in place. But I can actually reach my defenders in those gyms, it temporarily places the gym back on the map.
Is this a malfunction or are they busy changing the map?
