Gym defender not being returned

I believe this came up recently but I can’t find the thread. Blissey was knocked out of gym I got notification, yet blissey still shows my icon of being in the gym. I can’t revive or “go to gym” as the button is gone. Is this a known new bug?

Answers

Give it time. I usually get mine back and revive them before they get knocked out of the gym. But things happen in a funny order sometimes.
