Gym Attackers List

I sometimes wonder, why don't you combine your move ratings + your attacker list.

For example: Vine Whip Solar Beam Tangela is T2
Razor Leaf Solar Beam Victrorybell is T3.

So would Vine Whip Power Whip Tangela be T3 or left off the list.

Most of the T1 & T1.5 Attackers have other move sets that aren't complete junk like
Lick Earthquake Snorlax
Rock Smash Rhydon
Dragon Bite / Dragon Pulse Dragonite.

I also wonder where the love for Frost Breath / Ice Beam combo has gone for both Lapras and Shelldr
since there are fights where 3 Ice Beams land where 2 blizzards wont especially if you are waiting to dodge.
