Gyarados vs Mewtwo
Hi everybody
I have a question. I have one gyarados 100% IV with bite/crunch at level 20, and two others 91 IV with bite/hydropomp at level 30,5.
Is it worth powering the first one (at level 30?)? I have 700.000 dust and 1000 candies.

Edit: clarification, it's just for focus blast one.
I have 2 TTar lev 30 bite/crunch, one at the same level with SE. 2 others at level 20 from raids with B/C and around 180 candies

Considering that it only takes about 70.000K star dust to power a level 20 to level 30, I would do it. Even more because it is 100%. That will guarantee you with a solid line up. I'm not sure about numbers, but you might want to consider TMing the SW/HB Dragonite.
Alternatively you can wait on your first shadow ball Mewtwo catch and power it up instantly to replace that 6th slot.
I'll go myself with 3 Dragonite (DT/x) and 3 Gyarados (B/C) in case of a Focus Blast Mewtwo until I catch my first Shadow Ball Mewtwo. Everything is around level 35. Finally my Gyarados will come back in use again!
You need help to do Mewtwo raids so I'd max the 100% out just because it's 100%...That said, for focus blast, it's good to have on the team.
I think taking Gary to Level 31 (Att=15) makes Bite do 6 damage (+20%) which is huge so worth powering up to the Mewtwo breakpoints, esp at such a low 30s level...even for your other ones since Tyranitar will probably be one shotted or dodged bugged.
