Gyarados

I got only one Gyarados 98IV B/C, I only used it for Mewtwo ... and still waiting for the shiny
But now that Gyarados can learn WF I thinking in make it in a Water attacker or keep it and evolve another one.
I can evolve a magikarp with posible IV 89 or 87 (15/11/14 or 15/10/14 A/D/HP)
I have made Magikarp Raids to get a better IV but without good results
What would you recomend me evolve to have two differentes, only TM the 98IV or wait?
Over 900 candies ... dust is not problem

Unless you do not have a decent Tyranitar or even Houndoom, go ahead and TM the 98% Gyarados to get WF/HP.

Mewtwo Confusion/Focus Blast really isn't that tough to beat, well unless its moves get weather buffed;)

lol tm the 98 and max it lol it is an easy desicion

Thanks for your answers... yes I think It was a easy desition since I have a Mewtwo with SB that can take Gyarados place in case of a future EX raid
I TM the 98 IV, I had enogth llucky to obtain HP at the first intent, now I have my best Water attacker Thanks.
