Is ground type double weak against bug/flying?

Here i see 0.8 for this case:

But both types have resistance to ground so isn't it have to be double resistant?

Also here is fire/flying Charizard. Flying have immunity to ground. Fire is weak against ground. Isn't it mean normal effectivity?

An attack can only have one type (exception is Flying Press, which is not in pokemon go yet). Technically, Butterfree would be immune to Ground, not just resisting, though immunities aren't in the game. It should indeed be doubly resistant.

Charizard should be normally damaged by Ground-type attacks, indeed.
