A) 2890: 13/15/15
B) 2300: 15/10/14
C) 2890: 15/14/13
D) 2310: 15/15/12
Answers
C is clearly the best. Then depending on how much you value stardust and rare candies, either A or D is the next best. Notably, A will not hit the highest DT breakpoint against Kyogre which requires at least 14 attack at level 40. Which might or might not be relevant to you.
B is the worst option by far.
Definitely A, assuming you are using the H/A/D convention used by Game Press. If you are not using that convention on this web site, you should be because that is what Game Press uses and any other convention is inherently confusing unless you specifically state that you are using a different ordering of the IVs.
