Groudon IV % To Reach 4000+ CP?

I used the CP Calculator and started with the worst possible IVs you can get from a raid boss, and went up from there. I think the bare minimum to reach over 4000 CP is 82%. Groudon with 80% IVs will be under 4000 CP by about 1-5 CP at lvl 40.

It's not straightforward as it depends on the stat distribution.

For example, it can potentially be done as low as 82.2% if the Attack stat is 15. The lower the attack, the higher the overall IV score would need to be.

13a/13d/12s (84%) has exactly 4000cp at level 40.

There are a few lower total IV percentages that hit higher and a few higher total IV percentages that fall lower.

- Everything 89% or higher is above 4000.
- Anything at 82, 84, or 87% is close and should be checked.
- Everything 80% or lower is under 4000.
