The Great Pokeball drought of October 2017
Sorry, I couldn't help myself.
But, seriously, how does a bug like this occur? I'm clueless as far as programming goes.

I just came back home from playing and observed especially a nerf in potions while spinning stops. However, as a suburb/rural player it's gonna hurt my pokeball stock rapidly as well.
It's not a bug, it's reality. The great pokeball drought of October 2017 is here. Comparable to the economical crisis of 2008.
Seriously? I hadn't noticed today. I will be really salty if my 24 gold gym badges reset. I worked hard to get those - over 16000 hours def gyms. Also, I notice even once it's gold it seems if you keep going to gym the rewards are increasing or maybe it's my imagination. Today on a gold gym I frequent often spin gave me 10 items.
IKR, these days I can't keep a stable stock of pokeballs at all. Grinding can't be done unless I don't catch everything I see and I'm drowning in potions and revives. It doesn't help that raids give out so many potions as well. I rarely use ultras, and funnily enough I have a stock of 200 of those. I rarely need more than 2 pokeballls per catch and still I run out of those too frequently and have to resort to great balls, or which I only get about 10- per day if I'm lucky.
Ironically, I'm in desperate need of Revives. I got so used to getting 15+ per day that I didn't bother to keep up a store of them, and in the past 2 days I have spun Pokestops 40+ times and gotten maybe 3 Revives.
3!!!!
And the two Raid battles I've done I've gotten... 0 Revives.
0!!!!
We are confused. And somewhat worried. But mostly confused because we also got 3 Full Revives in those 40+ Pokestops spun. This has not happened to us before. On the bright side, we have more than 200 balls in our inventory for the first time in months. So... we are not willing to complain. But we are willing to voices our confusion.
