Flygon - MS/DC/EQ
Whiscash - MS/MB/B (Water Pulse can be good, but I find Blizzard better for its ability to kill dragons and grass after shields are gone)
Munchlax - L/BS/BD (Bulldoze hits SE on anything that resists BS)
Azumarill - B/PR/IB (IB to counter grass. HP can be useful as well, but its definitely less popular)
You have a pretty solid core here to work with. Some other mons I'd really recommend you to get are Umbreon and Altaria.
