Great and Ultra Boxes, worth it?
I have 2000 coins and try not to spend unless in dire need. I do have a couple 10K eggs that are just sitting in my inventory at the moment (no incubators). Is picking up an Ultra Box really that good of a deal or do you think holding out is the better option?

If you value the incubators at the normal 150 coin price and ignore the lucky eggs and star pieces, you get 15 raid passes at a cost of 58,7 coins each, which is a good discount. It's not the best box we've seen, but it's pretty good if you value both incubators and raid passes.
Impossible to say how likely it is that there's a better box in the near future. I for sure recommend buying it if you're going to go to community day and don't have 6 star pieces for it.
No.
Okay, that's too simple. Here's my longer answer:
These boxes are for people who make their living on YouTube playing Pokémon Go. They are absolutely great for those people. For the rest of us? Not worth it.
1) Lucky Eggs and Star Pieces are nice and useful, but unless you're playing in a hardcore way, 15 of each will simply take up Inventory space in the same way that Incense and Lures tend to do.
2) The current Raid bosses are Meh. Most of my raid group got our first Latias on Wednesday. On Thursday, people who weren't able to come out on Wednesday were pissed off because the people on Wednesday (including myself) weren't willing to come out and do another Latias raid. This likely isn't going to change much if we get the Regi's after the Eons, so those 15 Raid Passes will likewise take up inventory space.
3) Bleep hatching eggs. I'm so through with hatching eggs - the last 5 5km eggs I've hatched have all been Tyrogues - and all been sub 80% Tyrogues. of those 5 eggs, 3 were picked up before the Fighting Event started. At this point I'd be happy with hatching a Nosepass if only to get something different. As for my 10km eggs, I've hatched 3 in the past 2 weeks and hatched 2 Mareeps. Yeah.
Yes, this boils down to "R"NG, but that is what makes the Super Incubator superfluous here - Lucky Eggs, Star Pieces and Raid Passes are things we can easily control to get the most out of. Those incubators? It's a roll of the dice to see if they are useful to you. You can put all 4 on at once and plan to use a Lucky Egg/Star Piece just before they hatch, but that's about the extent of using them strategically.
So all in all, these particular Boxes are great for YouTubers who are looking to do 3+ raids a day for videos ("Can I beat this Breloom with a team of Shinies?") and like to do videos of mass hatchings. But for people who are working in jobs that don't let them play Pokémon Go for hours at a time, these are just going to take up inventory space.
Always calculate a value for items other than raid passes.
Biggest Question:
1) Do you buy Incubators anyway. If so, value them at 150
2) Do you buy Lucky Eggs/Value XP. Decide on value
3) Do you value Starpieces.
4) Do you value or buy Lures/Insence
I personally don't value spinnable items like Berries and Balls
I do value eggs for use during double events, like this one (raids, 1 raid = 80k min for me) and star pieces really only for Community Days or this event raiding.
My Values: Eggs 10 Cents, Starpieces 5. Incubators 1.50
After Subtract
Current Box 1480-225 Minor Stuff-600 Incubators = 655 for 15 passed = 43 Cents per pass. That is Awesome
Kanto Box: 1480 - 190 minor stuff = 1290 / 24 Passes = 53.75 cents per pass. Still very awesome
However if you don't buy Incubators 1255/15 = 83 Cents a pass which means its not a good box.
Long story short: If you buy incubators anyway & raid buy the big box. If you don't buy incubators wait for a different deal if you have enough passes to last a while.
Even if you don't value minor stuff
880 for 15 (Valuing Incubators) = 58 cents which while not as good as Kanto Box, is still one of the better raid deals we have seen.
