Got a DEOXYS!

Caught my first Deoxys at 1532 CP, 15/12/12 87% iv, good or not? Would you power it up. ( In this case attack defence and hp ivs worth like a ton more than attack ivs )

And another question, how many waves of Deoxys Normal forms are there in total?

Man... Sorry to say it but Deo is a garbage Mon. His enormous attack stat is nothing because of his defense ( even worse than Gengar - much worse). Additionally, his attacks sucks... Two weak fast attacks and terrible charge moves. People thought that his signature move Psycho Boost save this moon but nope... Psycho Boost has longer cool down than Hyper Beam and deals less damage. Don't power it up now. Save it and wait for future buffs.

but would Psycho Boost save Jupiter's moon?

Would power up for jokes, nothing more.

I personally see his only use is an interesting electric attacker as Charge Beam+Thunderbolt is... decent but with again terrible bulk. Haven’t checked the numbers in DPS to see if he even told the charts in anyway

He currently has the best electric DPS in the game, but he'll last less than half as long as Raikou and Zapdos.

Significantly less than half. Zapdos lasts 3 times as long and Raikou more than that.

Just caught a weather boosted one with 15 attack, double psychic, went to the next gym & tried it out. Got nailed by an average Haryama, lol

The ingame news doesn't tell us, so nobody knows.

Unfortunately like others have said, Deoxys isn't worth investing into. It's just too frail to be useful.

Only thing to do with Deoxys is to save it for the Safari Zone in Let's Go

Too bad LGPE are restricted to the first 151, Alolans, and Meltan.

I don't see it happening. LGPE is supposed to cater to the genwun crowd, some of who are already getting turned off by things like mega evolutions being added. For them to add multiple generations would probably be too overwhelming for their audience.

U wanna power it up? Yes and no. Keep in mind that deoxys has sky high DPS but being even glassier than gengar, u gotta be very cautious when using it. Psycho boost is bad but still viable. I saw a YouTuber using zen headbutt/psycho boost. It's ok, but as earlier mentioned, gotta be very cautious before launching our charge move, especially psycho boost. It will just take its place as maybe at alakazam's level, but way cooler and way more expensive
