I hate when people answer like this, however in this case it makes sense...

Just check the gamepress entries for each of those mon. Then look at their attacking movesets and the ratings they get. Those ratings aren't just generic ramblings, they are calculate using a specific (and public) criteria.

Asking in Q&A you'll get a lot of personalized opinions. Not that those would be wrong, but they're not as generally accepted (for better or for worse) than the ratings on the mon's gamepress page.
