Golems most important stat?

I have a 91% RT/SE level 32, level 27 78% 15/9/11 and few 96% at level 20 RT/RB and MS/EQ ( this one would require TM). Comparing my 78% with attack 15 vs say a 96% with 14/15/15 is golem stats similar to Machamp where attack is the most important? Would the 78% perform much worse in potential legendary raids?
