Yes very much so. It is best rock DPS of any pokemon.

I think it's solid; 2.1 sec cool down isn't shabby; I think it's worth it. Others may argue "it's not the most dps effective" but i think both this moveset (RT/RB) as well as similar movesets on other Pokémon (BS/SeedB Eggy, for example) will do well in PvP. Try it for prestiging! If you reaalllyy like it, power it up! If not, use it as a prestiger.

I have a RT/SE and the nice thing about the 3-bar charge moves; except the likes of ancient power and similar moves, is that if the cooldown is short, it's safer to fire one off, compared to other scenarios where stone edge may be less time efficient, depending on the defender (where ALMOST two/three could be fired off, but not entirely, before the defender faints).

There is no such moveset. I don't know why everyone is saying something that doesn't exist is worth powering up. Sounds like they have rocks in their head.
