Well Rock Throw is one of the quick moves with highest DPS in the game right now, and it's pretty fast too.

Rock Throw is a lot faster so much more viable for attacking.

Was 12 damage, 15 energy, 1.36s
Now 12 damage, 7 energy, 0.9s

EPS is down 70%, but DPS is up 151% and it should be a bit easier to dodge.

Hmm, I have two Golems sitting at level 20 with Rock Throw - one has SE and the other AP. Never bothered to use them or level them up in the past. Both are at about 16xx.

Wondering if they are good for anything. Always thought they were cool. Ancient Power got a big buff too. 3 charge bar move that is 70 damage. Body Slam for example is 3 charge but only 50 damage.

Yes i get surprised when i used my 88.9% ivs 2612CP RT-SE yesterday, he is now very fast. After this i started powering up my second Golem, a 100% ivs one with RT-AP.

Definitely got sped up which made it viable as an attacker/prestiger at least. Ive even beaten a couple Dragonites with mine. Not sure if I just never noticed it before or if it changed but I love the current sound effect for rock throw. It sound like I'm battling with a slide whistle lol.
