Assumes I can max revive much more efficiently than I actually can. Gives me a 100% chance of beating Machamp with the lineup I used (2 alakazam, 1 espeon, 2 BB Charizard, 1 Blaziken, all ~lvl 30, clear weather) - took me 3 tries to beat one with dynamic punch.
Also, really wish you could order your parties so you didn't have to scroll through while trying to rejoin the battle. Any tips for using max revives more efficiently?

Why are you using Charizard and Blaziken when facing Machamp? But to answer your question I delete all my potions and revives other than Max Potions and Max Revives. Make sure the first team you swipe for is the team you’re using. And leave the battle before your last Pokémon dies. So you can revive your top five without scrolling, and rejoin by swiping once. Make sure your sixth slot is a tanky Pokemon. Lugia or Ho-oh for legandary and Dragonite for non legendary.

I didn't think about leaving before the last one dies - that would probably shave off a few seconds! And yeah, I would love to have all those other options, but I'm trying to make do with what I've got!!

Clear weather or not, the second half of that team is terrible for a reliable Machamp solo. I'll assume legendary Pokemon are not an option so I'll save them for last, I don't know your legendary situation.

Alakazam and Espeon are your best non-legendary picks. For maximum DPS they need C/FS, though using their other fast move will help you dodge as dodging is critical to their success. Being able to fire off more than one Future Sight makes a significant difference.

If you have it, Gardevoir makes a fantastic counter with C/DG, though you need to be careful for Heavy Slam variants. Against fighting though the double resistance compensates for average bulk.

Your last slot or two needs something with more bulk. The key to successful solo raids is to avoid re-entry at all, it simply eats up too much time. A dual Psychic Exeggutor works okayish here, DT/H Dragonite is ideal. ZH/P Metagross is a great 6th slot against dual steel variants.

For the best overall counters Mewtwo, Rayquaza, and Lugia take the crown, notably Mewtwo and Lugia. Mewtwo's best moveset is C/P, though powered up enough I've found PC/SB to be as efficient. Lugia with ES/SA should be your last slot no matter what.

The biggest option I see is optimization more than anything. You have a great lead with the three psychics, you just need a 4th psychic cannon followed by a couple bulkier options to keep from whiting out.

Alas, I'm somewhat of a newby to the game, especially the raiding scene, and all of the options you listed above are ones that I do not have yet! I have a bunch of eggys, but they're all grass attackers and I'd rather not waste a TM on them, especially since they're pretty good in their grass niche for me.

Went with the charizards because of their flying type that resists fighting moves, and Blaziken simply because it did the best damage in a vacuum in clear weather. I have nothing as far as fairy or flying attackers go, and the three psychics I listed are pretty much all I've got in that department...

Luckily Kirlia is a T2 raid boss at the moment. If you can afford to do some of those and get lucky with Pinap catches you could have a Gardevoir in as few as 10 Kirlia raids. Otherwise consider walking a high-level Eevee for another Espeon. Your biggest crutch is the lack of anything bulky, in which case you may want to use the trick MoxZero described for healing. That will definitely be quicker than completely whiting out, reviving, then reswiping to your team.

A general solo rule is to avoid using Pokemon that don't deal super effective damage. Of course there are exceptions to this, namely Jolteon where any ground type counters not named Groudon currently suck outside of clear weather. PC/SB Mewtwo is a sort of exception here, and even then you can power that up enough to compensate.

I'm definitely raiding every Kirlia I can see right now, and I have a couple high-ish Eevee's but with crappy IVs :/ Was waiting for the Eevee event to do much with them, but I might think about going for another Espeon before then, too. Like I said - I got him, just took a few times! I'm thinking I could do better against one without Dynamic Punch, but I haven't tried it yet...

Don't worry about IVs for building an initial hit-squad. Any weather boosted (L30+) Eevee will work fine without any dust investment.

For Machamp's other moves, Heavy Slam is tough because its ideal counters either don't resist it or in Gardevoir's case take super effective damage from it. All with the added joy of being a pain to dodge. Close Combat is easy mode.

Building a reliable Machamp solo team takes time and effort, so enjoy the process!

A small but helpful tip for swiping though battle parties: don't swipe. If you tap in the top corner of the battle party, it will move much more reliably. This works for individual Pokemon as well.

You, understandably, don't want to use a TM on your Exeggutor. If it's clear weather, Extrasensory/Solar Beam can make an excellent anchor to avoid fainting out.

An addition: against fighting moves, a double ghost Gengar can be surprisingly tanky with it's triple resistance.

This, too, is excellent advice I did not know about! I hated trying to swipe through battle parties only for the program to think I was trying to change out one of the Pokémon in the party and having to exit out of that and swipe again... Very frustrating!

First of all, try not to rejoin. It eating your time when you soloing T3, unless you have a very high level team of glass canon that can make a lt of damage before fainting, like all your squad fainted and there is only a little bit of raid boss health left that you can comfortably rejoin with auto recomended.
Your last three counters will drag you down, try to search for more effective counter..
If you dont have elite or legendaries counter just try to catch a high level pokemon in the wild, preferably that is not that expensive in candy. Exegcutte is good candidate here if you can get it withouth much trouble.

You should not try to use max revives for solos. Not only does it waste a lot of time (rejoining without max reviving takes 10-15 seconds even with a fast phone and connection), but because of client-server desync/lag/something, bosses frequently recover some hp during the rejoin if there's no trainer in the battle. The net result can be more than half a minute of lost time.

The only way to reorder your battle parties is to redo them so that the one you want to appear first is the last one in your pokestorage.

As for accomplishing the actual solo, the only way you can be more consistent against the hardest moveset is to get some tankier Machamp counters, there's no way around that. Like others have mentioned already, evolving weatherboosted Exeggutors can be a good route to a cheap Machamp team in clear weather.

You can't efficiently revive your guys in a solo raid because when you are lobbying, the boss regenerates a considerable amount of hp.
Switch your charizards for psychic exeggs or metagross, or simply more espeons / alakhazam.
You really need to take those charizards and blazikens out and replaced with a good counter.
