? Glitch

I've seen this on rivals screen. We all heckle him and say he's a spoofer. He's not though. No idea what the deal is.

I thought It was a New pokestop here.

I had this issue when I played on an older phone (S4) with poor internet connection in Chile. The "?" mark is probably caused by a combination of both.

Had this, when i had bad connection of traveled to places with high amount of building/people/network-traffic. Fails to load preview picture of the stop. Would say it isn't the phone (iPhone 7)
