Give me one good reason not to max out 2 lucky SC Gengar

I got crazy lucky today and traded for 2 SC Gengar today. IVs (A/D/S) as follows:
15/10/11 L23
10/12/13 L22

I have 1 million dust and 800 candies and I'm all set to max them out. But I just want to make sure I'm not crazy here. So, if possible, give me one good reason not to max them both here and now.

Gengar may be selected for October community day. Niantic may bring SC back

Counter-humblebrag: I have a lucky 13/15/13 SC Gengar (yours are not wonders). Took it to level 30. Saving my 1.4M dust for Gen IV.

I highly doubt they’ll do community day with Shadow Claw Gengar, so I say max them. They’ll definitely see a lot of use with four legendary psychics and Giratina coming in gen 4, as well as Mewtwo and its normal uses right now.

Genger is very very glassy because of the med low defense and low hp. And your Gengers stats are not very good. First one def and sta only have 10 and 11. Second one is better but I suggest def and sta are above 14 will be better.

Niantic might give it Lick for CD which could be better perhaps?

Thank you for the advice. I went ahead and maxed the 15 attack. I'll wait until they announce October Community Day or I have a need for it, whichever comes first.
