Girantina Altered Forme
While I understand why the Origin Forme needs a bad move to balance out its fairly good stats, that still doesn't explain why they needed to give Shadow Sneak to the much weaker Altered Forme. It's practically useless, being like a Ho-Oh of Dragon types, with somehow even worse moves. (DB/DC, seriously?) Not to mention that Shadow Sneak is so hilariously bad, that against Psychic type opponents its damage lags behind Dragon Claw! With Shadow Ball, it would've been a good bulky Ghost type at the end of a lineup stacked with front loaded Gengars and Tyranitars, but no, it's just a dex filler. Shame, as it does look really cool.

Want to point out that DB/DC isn't at all as bad as you seem to believe. It's an ok moveset, we've just gotten too used to every dragon getting the best or second best moveset in DT/OR or DT/DM. The problem is and always was Giratina's low attack stat. Only ridiculously OP moves could have saved it.
