Get more TMs?

Bit of a humble-whine, I guess.
I did an evolution-spree the other day and evolved most of the available gen 3 'mons, along with a couple of actually useful gen 1 & 2, most of them high level, high IV.
Grand achievement: all evolutions had the worst possible movesets. All of them.

I'm raiding everything I can manage at the moment; I'm all out of TMs, and I expect everything to end up in bad-worse-bad-worse loops.

So, aside from the obvious ones (gyarados, machamp, dragonite, tyranitar and gardevoir), which are actually of any use with a good moveset?
(the three starters, shiftry, glalie, walrein)

Since you are “all out of TMs” then focus on the obvious ones, especially those that you lack.

How bad can they be?

Also the only ones you listed out that i would advise tming is sceptile, blaziken and walrein and i don't tm sceptile unless i have surplus tms because aside of leaf blade all of his charged moves are bad.

Oh, they're probably not entirely worthless, just "worst set" as listed by gamepress.
Surplus TMs is def what I hope for, I've had poor results with the, so far; they'll be sorely needed.

Priority: HS Machamp, HB Dragonite, FB Tyranitar
Guaranteed useable charge move.

Good targets but wait until you have a lot of CTM to burn: Gyarados, Sceptile, Gardevoir
Need a specific charge move to be good. (C Gyarados and SB Gardevoir do have some niche uses.)

Ok targets: BB Blaziken, Hu Shiftry, SW Swampert
Not bad pokemon but better alternatives exist. CTM the listed charge moves is a guaranteed improvement however and may make the pokemon useful to you in some way.

Blaziken, Walrein, Shiftry and Swampert in my opinion are not worth using multiple CTMs on to shoot for a particular charge move.

Glalie is one of the worst released final evolutions period. Never consider using any resources on it.

Thanks for the detailed answer!
I'll let the dnite and ttar wait; I have a handful of usable ones already, and focus on getting Gyarados, Sceptile and Gardevoir into play, as well as an effing handful of legendaries awaiting a better charge move.
The others can stay there and rot, from what I've read about general usefulness.

I only came by to say your name makes me giggle! :) But while I'm here my advice is out of the mons listed only TM ones that you love and want to play with. None are the best at anything. I spent quite a bit of resources on Blaziken, knowing it wasn't better than anything I had just because I like the dude!

So, is there any way to boost the chances of getting TMs from raids?
Some people seem to get even up to 4 bloody ones per raid, I have yet to get 1+1 from a single raid, I barely get one every five raids (counting T4-5, the few T3's I can do yield even less).

The same factors determine how many Premier Balls you get and your item rewards:
1. Whether your team is controlling the gym.
2. How much damage you do to the raid boss.
3. How much damage your team does to the raid boss.

And then I suspect it's down to rng whether I get anything useful or the common 3872 potions?

Walrein is a defender so don't stress too much about its moveset. I was super hyped to have caught a level 34 perfect Nuzleaf without a tracker, and evolved it and it got Razor Leaf/Leaf Blade. However, I find that it can never get enough attacks off. Though I know Leaf Blade is great for glass cannons because of its speed and being a three-bar, Razor Leaf doesn't build nearly enough energy to do anything with it in my experience.

Sceptile may be the best choice of your options since it has high-energy moves. Swampert can't compete with Gyarados or Kyogre even if it is decent. Blaziken is strictly worse than Machamp but somewhat viable.
