Gengar windy solo today advice

After I messed up the screenshot I started recording my gengy raids today, and screwed that up as well lol.
The photo is actually 86 seconds, circle believe he had sludge bomb, windy weather. 3 mew twos to do it

Another one today was focus blast that I thought would be windy but turned to clear as I entered it, so it was 61 seconds with 3 m2s, maxed espy and maxed ala.

I want to try to beat the world record when I figure out what that it. But there are so many determinants I wish there was a score for each category.

So some questions

Do I bother maxing gengars? I have 3 or 4 98s mostly 15 attack.
Does ala get psycho cut or confusion?
I want to create the best possible team
