Gengar question

1: CP 2087 IV 73 (14/08/12) Hex/Sludge
2: CP 1603 IV 84 (12/11/14) SC/Sludge

2 is my only Gengar with Shadow Claw. Should I play with TMs and try to get Shadow Ball?

If you can power it up then yes. Sludge Bomb is really good though. If you don't have a lot of TMs and other top tier Pokémon to use them on then I would wait

But you need Shadow Ball to fight Alakazam or other Gengars.

If you need more Psychic and Ghost-type counters then I'd say it is worth it

I keep looking at my Lv 30 93% H/Sludge gengar and ask myself the same question. All 3 gengar i have each have the same moveset.
