Gengar Poison Fast Move?

Could Gengar learn Poison Jab or any other existing or upcoming poison attack that is or could become a fast move?
I like the idea of having a Poison Gengar as a glassy Fairy/Grass counter, but the missing fast attack is the problem here - how are the Chances?

I would really like Lugia to get a flying fast move. Or Gary get a water fast move... and especially... Can we get Donphan with a fast ground move up in here!

Gengar can learn Poison Jab via TM in the main games, same as Sludge Bomb. So it seems plausible that Niantic could give it Poison Jab.

That would actually be great since Gengar is the highest attack poison-type in all generations with the current stat formula.

I really dont think gengar can get poison jab but a new poison fast move maybe?
