Is gengar with Hex(or sucker punch)/Focus blast the easiest moveset to solo on gengar?

I have soloed one with 15 seconds to spare and here are my team:
1. Gengar: CP 2434 shadow Claw/Shadow Ball;
2. Gengar: CP 2377 shadow Claw/Shadow Ball;
3. Exegutor: CP 2786 confusion/psychic;
4. Alakazam CP 2766 psycho cut/shadow ball;
5. Alakazam CP 2614 psycho cut/shadow ball;
6. Tyranitar CP 3600 crunch/stone edge.
As you can see in the screenshot, gengar was feinted even before my tyranitar's stone edge hit.
FYI, i was able to solo alakazam with psycho cut and focus blast but not the one with confusion/anything.

I successfully soloed a Sucker Punch/Focus Blast Gengar, but failed Hex/Focus Blast with the exact same team.

Maybe mine was Sucker Punch.

Sucker Punch/Focus Blast is the weakest defensive moveset, so that seems more likely. Hex is pretty brutal on defense.

I find the easiest to be Machamp.

Hex has a smoke animation, sucker punch doesn't.

Not sure but sometimes the boss just spits out charge moves at different rates. If the charges come a half second later it might be the difference between 2 SB or 3SB which could add up over a few mons. I did my second sucker punch/shadow ball today. Last time finished with 18 seconds, this time 5sec. same lineup.
