Gengar day quick move

Evolve yes based on what The Pokemon Company has stated.

TMs no based on all previous exclusive moves.

I don't think they've ever made an exclusive move available by TM. Also they gave Gengar Psychic so you have to waste multiple CTMs to get best moveset (you have 33% of getting SB with one CTM, 66% with 2 CTMs, 82% with 3 CTMs). So they're making the new best moveset Gengar really "expensive"

Making Lick available by FTM would be cheaper (FTMs are more common), easier (better chances when using FTMs cause there are less fast moves than charge moves available) and it won't make people waste money on raid passes if they're not happy with their first few Gengars (cause everyone has a high IV shadowball Gengar with hex/sucker punch readily available).

It is so against their interest that the team that's in charge must be very high or very drunk to let that happen. I'm not talking about "oh god why did I even hit on that girl" drunk, more like "where am I? what time is it? Oh shit I was supposed to go to a party" drunk.

I sure hope that we can get the moves by evolving during the event. I've got a 100% from a research task and just caught a L35 98% Gastly.
