Gen 4 Legendaries’ CP
Does anyone know if the Stats/Max CP given for the upcoming gen. 4 legendaries are pre or post 9% nerf?
For example, Palkia has 308 atk, 247 def, and 180 hitpoints with a max cp of 4559. Applying a 9% nerf puts it at 280 attack, 224 def, and 164 hitpoints.
Dialga has a similar spread of stats, ending up with a max cp of 4654.

If it's over 4k assume the stat shown is pre-nerf. In the Palkia example, when implemented it will likely have the second set of stats given.
The one I'm curious to see how it's handled is Giratina. With one forme being above the nerf threshold and another below I hope it doesn't get butchered horribly. Since its formes are supposed to have mirrored atk/def it wouldn't make sense for one forme to get gutted while the other didn't.
