Gen 1 movesets ranking update

Gen 2 movesets are rated, yet I find that new Gen 1 moves are added to the pokes profiles, yet new movesets are not graded. Any idea how long that would take?

You have to transfer all your pokes to the professor, and then you can read the Gen2 movesets.
