Gamepress Pokemon list - pages for future legendary

I'm very curious. What's the reason for including future legendaries such as Zekron, Dialga, Palkia and Resiram on the pokemon list?
Since they are already listed, are their stats already accounting for the very likely 9% nerf? Also, why not complete their pages including their typing?

They have the unnerfed stats. I assume they were listed because GP has written about them in articles already, but would be nice if they put in the whole gen 4 at least and also included the nerfed stats for the >4kcp legendaries.
