Is the game plagued to always be cloudy weather in the morning no matter what the actual weather is?

I've noticed it has been like this since like April or May. Always in the morning up until 2:00 pm, the in-game weather always says cloudy, even though most of the time, it is a warm sunny day. We have had some cloudy mornings but 75% of the time it is clear weather yet the game always says cloudy, no mater what until it turns 2:00, then it magically turns to clear weather. On super rare occasions it will turn to partly cloudy at 1:00 then clear at 2:00. Never had a weather boosted community day because of this. All those Moltres that were caught on that nice sunny day on Saturday were apparently all caught in cloudy weather and all of those Larvitar that were caught on that warm sunny community day when it was like 80 degrees outside were also apparently caught in cloudy weather.

Short answer: No. It is different over here.

Long answer: The weather in Pokemon Go is drawn from some weather data provider. All the following is under the provisions of "I am not entirely sure" and "might not always be the case" and "might vary by region": As far as I know it is the same provider that also appears on the phones default screen. Most often this is AccuWeather. Their model has pretty low spatial resolution, as it was developed for the USA. Probably the relevant parts for your region actually did have cloudy weather in the morning.

Do we know how big these regions are? If the weather is the same for one whole region,. then they must be pretty big because even 20 miles away from home, the weather is still the same.
