FYI-Incense spawns event mons
I know most know this but not everything runs as thought for every event. I tested it for great results.

Well, I tried out an incense today and got two Pidgeys, 2 Goldeens, a Spearow, a Venonat, and I think a Sentret. Nothing event-related or otherwise noteworthy, so mine was a bust. What made it even more disappointing was how few things appeared from it at all. I've used Incense once or twice before, and it seemed like it triggered things to appear more often the quicker I moved, but this time I only got a spawn every five minutes despite the fact that I was jogging for most of the duration.
On the plus side, however, I did catch a bunch of event-related things that had nothing to do with the incense, including my first Larvitar that was hanging around a new gym that just appeared yesterday.
And now I'm all sunburned.
