personally it made sense for such a weak move to have High EPS as compensation. wouldve been fun to have a pokemon specialize in quickly accessible charge moves (Solarbeam Parasect, Stone Edge Kabutops, Earthquake Nidoking) but i guess the latest calcs have destroyed that dream. glad you noticed, i thought i was going crazy
