FB deals 1.4x due to Super Effectiveness, FS deals 1.2x due to STAB. It's worth noting that the 0.7s difference in cooldown between the two moves (or however much time) can make or break some batttles as zam is a glass cannon and probably shouldn't be taking hits

Futuresight is 120 * 1.2 (STAB) = 144 damage
Focus Blast is 140 * 1.4 (SE) = 196 damage

I think Futuresight is a little faster but it's hardly enough to make up for the 36% extra damage on Focus Blast
