FP Venusaur not even in tier 4?

FP Venusaur is in the flavor of the month section (top of the page).,

Exeggutor is more flexible, as it can also be used as a Psychic attacker.

but FP Venusaur is viable against Kyogre with Blizzard, whereas Exeggcutor is not (seed bomb doesnt compare well to FP)

It’s possible that they’re not considering community day exclusive moves. Charizard is also in a lower tier than Flareon
