The only help anyone can offer is just to suggest practicing throwing excellent curveballs. I always aim for excellent curves on almost everything I catch now, and I often go several days in a row without having anything flee, using red pokeballs to catch most things. The main problem I have is everything constantly dodging my throws entirely, so it's not uncommon that I have to throw 3 or 4 times just to hit something once, if I don't wait to throw during an attack.
FLEEEE!!!!!!
Don't use a razz berry on weather boosted trash? Flee!
Use a red ball on trash pokes? Flee!
Didn't score a razz berry great ball/ultra ball great on some minorly high level pokemon FLEEEEEE!
Seriously, all of these stuff are burning all my razz berries and great balls from my bag.
Then, i got lots of pokestops, guess what they have?
1. Red Balls (Useless)
2. Pinaps (Useless)
3. Nanabs (No!)
Which sums up 90 percent of the pokestops i saw. No razz or great balls given at all while you hopelessly burn your inventory. When you need them, you don't see them right?
What seems to be funnier is that sometimes the pokemon will be really bad but it will still break free without fail then just stay there, the second ball boom caught.
This is getting frustrating to the core. Help please?

You should have Golden Ras earned from raids. I have more of them then I have had Raspberries ever.
Pine are useful, I struggle to keep more then 10 in stock and use on all TTAR raids, dratini and dragonite catches, and slakoth or any other mon catches if I have a great one waiting for evolve candy.
All mons are worth stardust.
Stop hating life, its too short.
Why would you use Razz berries on anything other than Raid bosses? I thought everyone had learned that lesson by now. I usually use pokeballs on high-level, weather-boosted wild spawns and get the catch after 5-10 throws. As you mentioned, red balls are abundant and sometimes overhog the bag space limit, so just waste them away and save the other balls for super-rare spawns like Ttar or Dragonite.
