Flee rates

I've recently encountered several kadabras and an alakzam. A kadabra broke free and and didn't flee. I was in shock until I checked the flee rates and saw that they are 99, 7, 5. Are there any other evo families with such a discrepancy in flee or catch rates?

Doubt it. Abra is the anomaly here, because its flee rate is nearly 100% in the original games.
