Flareon and Jolteon moveset

The moves are bot guaranteed...is 50% chance, I personally wouldn't...unless you are swimming in TMs

I wouldn't touch the Flareon. Flamethrower isn't much worse damage wise and being a 2 bar move, it can be better in certain situations.

I would TM the Jolteon if you need one and be happy with either thunder bolt or discharge. My thunder Jolteon is most likely my next charge TM, but it isn't urgent because I have a maxed ts/d Jolteon and I'm working on a Magneton.

We can categorize Pokémons in two main group;

Gym
Lvl 30 with A or B moves will be fine

Raids
Worth TM a B move to have A move. Worth powering up above 30.

Jolteon is to fragile and Its better to just power up good eggs

Flareon is the only real Use for raiding Venasaur. but even so i would rather TM a hyper beam-dragonite hoping for hurricane as it can be used against both Machamp and venasaur. and outrage is a good second prize

I wouldn't use a Charge TM on a on common poke that you can reroll. I'd save for meow.

Personally, I prefer Thunder than TB in raids due to its high damage as most of the time, I suffer from serious lags. I rather get out 1 Thunder than trying for 2 TB before my Jolteon fainted.
