How much better is overheat?

Edit: I have a 100% flareon w ember and flamethrower and I'm thinking about turning it into fire spin flamethrower

Pokebattler has ft as the preferred movesets in a few cases. Ft is easier to dodge with and it has the benefits that any 2 bar move has over a 1. It's not something I would waste a TM on.

I'm not thinking about wasting a charge on flamethrower however my 100% flareon has ember and flamethrower and I was thinking about turning it into fire spin flamethrower...

That's what I did with one of my few TMs (not 100% obviously, but 15 attack)

I had the same moveset and used a Fast TM to convert to Fire Spin / Flamethrower. This is the best defensive move set and second best offensive, gives us great all around Flareons. For me, not worth a charge TM to try to get Overheat.
