First Charizard — Evolve or wait?

I would wait. I know that you have been waiting for so long, but, try to resist. :D

Level 28 Charmander is already high. And the IV is okay, I would evolve it but don't power it up, and see wat candy You can grind in the event. If the attacks are not good, I would go for a second one, if there are good You can power it up with the candy"s.

I would evolve it for sure and power him up if you get the right moves, level 28 is a really good level for an evolution and the IV's are good too.

Even if you get a higher IV one during the event it will probably don't have the same level, but it is up to you.

Evolve it, just evolve mine level 28 too with similar ivs. He got Wing attack and FT. So happy i powered it up to 30. If you get ember or something bad you can get another one with the event.

Evolve it and see what moveset you get, but hold off powering up until after the event. The chance of getting higher IVs and such a high level are slim.

It has good IVs at a high level. You can wait till the end of the event to evolve it, but I doubt you'll find much better.

The only downside to waiting is that you are delaying the joy of evolving your Charizard.

Other than that, there is upside that you would get a higher level one with lower IV, but it is low. What is your trainer level? Rememer that you will catch wild pokemon only as high as your trainer level (up to 30).

I would say do it nowand plan to get a second one during the event. You may be even more motivated if you get a crappy moveset.
