Finding the Pokémon you want?!?

Hello.
I have now tried to catch the pokémon I am looking for for a few days now. But can not find it. I have been in places where it should be, but nothing.
The one I'm looking for is Ralts.
Hosted in residential areas at night, hospitals, churches and cemeteries, landmarks ect ect ... But nothing!
I have used: Lure Module at some PokeStops that are in areas where it should be. And used Incense to boost me when I walk around the areas.
But again nothing!

Am I doing something wrong here?

Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Thank you all for reading this and I hope anyone have some hints/tips for me out there?

It's not a good time to catch Gen 3 pokemon. Right now it's Kanto event, which means spawn rates for Gen 1 pokemon are much higher. Wait for one more week till the event ends, and you will probably find one in Cloudy weather.

Ralts is very rare. The only tip I can give you is to wait for cloudy or windy weather, and wait for the Kanto event to end. I don't think there is a chance to find one during the event.

You're right, though I did catch one today. It wasn't even weather boosted. Such a random catch.

Ralts is relatively common in my area, just as larvitar. My guess is that it isn't in yours, so no, you're not doing anything wrong.

Lucky you! Here I think it's common to see one Ralts per day but not for Larvitar. Haven't seen any wild Larvitar after the Janto event.

Haha, I ran into ralts probably one in 2 or 3 weeks even on windy days. We walk ours for more candies.

Fortunately we caught a level 35 iv 89 ADS 151411 Ralts during road trip when stopped at a windy small town. We gathered enough candy by catching and raiding and evolved it. Now that Gardevoir (C/DG) is our best Blissey follower (put after Blissey on a gym).

The Kantoccupation spawns take preference over any other spawns. I have only seen one since it started but it was too far for me to go get at 11PM

I can only hope for the weather to be windy-> Psychic and Cloudy-> Fairy in my area. But the weather that they have listed now, is only sun... But hopefully it will change.
